I am doing a video for a mother of her son, chronicling his medical struggles over the past two years since he was born. She gave me a disc of videos from the hospital that i desperately need to utilize to make this a good video HOWEVER she burned it onto a disc so that it plays as a dvd, not works as a usb. So the only place where these files are is on this disc, and I can’t import the files to my editing software.
if you know a way that i can convert this videos into a useable file you have NO idea how much you’d be saving me right now.
Thank you so much ah.

You have to download a program that will let you rip files off DVDs

regardless of any autoplay function, once the disc is in the computer, you should be able to view the contents thereof in explorer, in the ‘computer’ section (find the relevant disc drive). I’m not sure what format the files will be in though….
